    I wouldn't be residing in the French speaking cantons and you are correct , the taxes are high. I will be in 15%-25% band most likely if I include the wealth tax .

    I am the sender (personal premier account) to an individual account not in my name , doesn't really matter but generally has been in Germany , Malta , and Cyprus. Again no fees for outgoing, also usually same day arrival.

    The outgoing transfer is from hsbc to a non HSBC bank. Incoming no success so far on avoiding the fee.

    A slight comment here. If you use the app, not the website , you can transfer from HSBC expat to SEPA EU bank account free of charge. It usually same day as well. As soon as you use the website they tack on their 25 -35 euro fee”¦

    ADCB and Emirates NBD work , but this is with transfers coming from Rain.BH not binance. Also the transfers were not close to six figures.

    Personal experience ! There are other UAE banks out there that will accept transfers from exchanges. I let others give their feedback .

    Avoid at all costs ”¦.. Hsbc uae will block this transaction ”¦. There are some places in business bay you can cash out crypto , which would be easier and hassle free

    Look at their "professional" behavior in response to criticism on trustpilot and judge for yourself whether you want to use them...lol. They will put your business out there with no client confidentiality applied...lol. Yikes definitely wouldn't use them again

    There are crypto options in Lebanon. My last post was deleted, but they generally charge 2-3% per transaction. Just do a google search. Most of the brokers can handle big values.
