    @diablo Why dont you try Exmo. Give a look at it. There you can buy and exchange crypto and fiat also have card facilities. No personal experience, waiting for their verification. Also look at some e-currency exchanger like okchanger.

    @Admin Thank you for the feedback. I think Revoult also supports EU citizens, will confirm it with their support team. I went through that that thread it seems like they don't offer unique IBAN which might be a problem for many exchanges. Edit: Formatting.
