    Come for a visit in Montenegro, since you are a Banker maybe checking Banks live before recommending them is very advisable. The country is in perpetual state of religious montenegro-vs-serbians civil war since last year's elections. And yes I live in Montenegro 2-3 months a year, every year.

Only way to get a job is to either be part of that big IT corp or be hired by local partner for not a lot of money, since India/Pakistan developers are very cheap locally...
