Any crypto exchange where EU users can buy USDT?

Buy USDC and then use any Dex like https://jumper.exchange/ or https://app.uniswap.org/ to swap to USDT

What Banks/EMIs Accept Licensed Crypto Casinos?

You mentioned all the worst EMIs one could think of. Reading their names gave me PTSD

Best EU jurisdictions for EMI license

There is nothing wrong with building on an existing and tested platform/API. Part of the licensing process is to demonstrate high IT infrastructure, especially now with DORA coming into force; and that's when these white-label solutions comes in to save you the day.

Best EU jurisdictions for EMI license

It's also worth noting that a license may not even be required to sign a deal with a BaaS provider and start issuing IBANs in customer's names. However, there will be some restrictions on the type of operations the clients can do, such as sending to foreign entities, currency exchange, etc. And...

Best EU jurisdictions for EMI license

I'd highly suggest avoiding OpenPayd and Intergiro, unless you're looking for headache. Good BaaS providers that I'd recommend are Banking Circle, Modulr, Clear.bank and there are many more options if you're looking to dig that road. An EMI license is considered the highest electronic license...

Banks/EMI for crypto offramp (non-EEA resident)

Why USD and not EUR? You'll have difficulty opening a USD account anywhere in the world knowing that you'll primarily use it to receive international SWIFT transfers from a crypto exchange, especially with the figures you mentioned.

    Paydo Business Bank Account

This EMI I wrote about is Paydo, so avoid these clowns. They also told me your business account is approved after supplying all documents then two days later telling me I got declined!!

    Cyprus residence & Binance account

I've said this before and I'll say it again. To register for an individual account, just use a country of residence that has no trouble with Binance, either in the EU, Africa, South America, or some Islands, etc.. For the Proof of address, just use any statement of an online bank and change the...

Reputable USDT P2P Platform in UAE

Your requirement is nonsensical to transact in a different currency than the native currency of the country, especially on P2P platforms. If your money is in a UAE bank, then it's best to get a good exchange rate to AED and buy with AED. Else, you can deposit with a USD SWIFT transfer to...

EMI/PSP for new Polish VASP or Established Australian VASP

    1. Be happy you got declined by Ambr; it's a shady EMI with no customer support or in-house compliance team; their best response time for any email is 2 weeks, and as I said before in this forum "I believe any EMI that ask for application fees upfront should be instantly ignored; if they're...

    Feedback on wittix.com

They're very expensive even for first-tier personal/business accounts, which are supposedly low-risk; they charge "€5 + 0.15%" for every sent/received transaction. Both a static fee and a percentage is criminal! They also don't support SEPA Instant like most of the crappy EU banks/EMIs, so if...

Has any one tried to use offshore companies to trade on binance, bybit?

@Super You actually don't need to register as a corporate in binance to use the full capabilities of binance. Although it's still a valid option, an easier option is to just redo the kyc and use a different address and submit a Proof of address for anything outside the UK/EU. (If you need help...

Crypto License required for opening Kraken account

I believe you've written something in the questionnaire indicating you're trading crypto as a business activity. I had a UK LTD onboarded at Kraken a year ago, and I wasn't asked that. However, I was asked to provide the license when I onboarded my crypto VASP company, which is obvious.

Blackcatcard migration - difficulties with incoming/outgoing SEPA transfers

I highly believe this is illegal, banks cannot issue cards in someone's name without going through KYC. I've seen this being offered by several EMIs only for Corporate Accounts where you can supposedly issue cards in employees' names and I even questioned the legality of it. But with Personal...

Blackcatcard migration - difficulties with incoming/outgoing SEPA transfers

I think you got confused, they can't issue a card with a vanity name; it's illegal. What some EMIs can do is a vanity name IBAN.
