    Nobody opens online if you are not resident in Serbia and have Serbian ID card / passport. Opens Online complete : Raifeisen and procredit bank. OTP is just starting that online opening system So if you do not have Serbian ID and residence, I do not belive it can be opened.

    Yes, fees are publicly displayed in banks tarrifs lists.

    Please check your bank tarrifs for incoming international payments, and then you can calculate fee you will pay. Some banks have just fixed fee, some have percent based.

    Unicredit , Raiffaisen and so on. All banks in Serbia operate based on SWIFT. You will need to fill one document which ever bank you use when you have incoming international payment to Serbian bank. There basicly you fill statistics code for goods or services you provide.

    All banks in Serbia offer that. RSD, EUR, USD can generaly open any bank. Then on request some banks can open RUB balance as well (API Bank probably) Debit card Dina ( Serbian card ), Visa or Mastercard.

    Dividend tax is Efective around 12.5% and tax on company profit is 15%. Serbia have Crypto Currency law, and tax is also 15%. As far i know banks are not yet much Crypto Friendly. Sometimes they might accept transfer , sometime no.
