    Is it easy to get a Chinese passport? asking for a friend.. Given that China has it all up and running, and apparently it isn't too bad, best to move to somewhere where this got as bad as it can get, and it's not so bad. I can foresee this to become way worse, in EUSA.

    In Wise ToS they do not allow payments to several kind of service providers, including, but not limiting, to those offering tax optimization services. Now, i don't know what business is your provider into, but i think it's worth checking TW ToS

    It's not the bank, it's the account. They are probably blacklisted, likely because their biz goes against their TOS. Check their TOS.

    If you have a patent you definitely qualify. Something else new that has not been protected in any way might be difficult to defend when applying for the tax rebate (talking about physical products). With software it's different, as long as you sell the software and not disclose the source code...

    How to proceed in this case, when the company is, on paper, not even yours? I suppose a notarized signed document by the nominee acknowledging the end of the business relationship might be enough? Or is it even simpler than that and an email might do?
