Hey I think the email is not the same as it was before fot bitsafe, now it's yoursafe. And they send an email out to all the customers about new cards that should be shipped soon. I was told in 3-4 weeks from now. But don't take my words as a promises.

No Idea. They changed the name, Gmail was sent out about new cards that will be shipped soon, new Visa cards. The money can still be withdrawn to other cards / they still reply on messages.
