    Avoid VertoFX. they keep asking useless questions and the lady Irene Dimmo (apparently a black lady from Kenya with short hair) have no idea how to do his job. 3 months in KYC, 20+ mails back and forth and still not approved.

    Spoke with the agent, they confirmed this "it is no longer mandatory. You may choose to submit if you'd like, in case the ban is appealed, but you are not currently required to."
