    Even if you have your UAE residence you will be taxed in France if you spend in more than 183 days per year. If you are under the radar they will not check you but it is risky to play game with them.... Better to relocate really in UAE and live in France less than 6 months a year.

    What about banking when you have a Fujhaira or Rak company? Many have complained about banks being reluctant to open business accounts for these setups. Banks are asking for physical office, residence visa ect.... I think Dubai Freezones would be more easy to deal with when it come to bank...
