My thinking is to form the company corporation in a country like Cyprus and make the UK one a kind of sub-entity (?I don't know the exact legal term). Due to double taxation to pay taxes only in Cyprus as a main company.- Vlad

In regards to that would a Uk company be enough or will I need a banking solution. As I can make a company online as I know (I would appreciate any links for cheap setup if anyone knows) and in that instance if anyone knows what would be my cost?- Vlad

And what about the combo of opening an offshore company somewhere like seashells(BVI, Belize) and Cyprus as a bank. Or is malta an ok country for something like that. It is cheap for me to go there and Cyprus. For uk it is difficult for me because I need to get a visa(but travel is cheap).- Vlad
