Best offshore bank CIM Bank Review maybe?
I'm in the process of opening an account with them, but one of the papers I had to sign, was 'Permanent Fiduciary Mandate' which basically gives them authorization (without having to ask you) to invest your funds into term deposits. Is this normal? And what does it actually mean?- wcs
