ipaytotal didn't pay our settlements, been more than 4 months. Rashal tried to convince them to pay us our money, but ipaytotal never did. I think this is why Rashal canceled their partnership with banks. Good for them. Admin, congrats for this post here, yes we were victim of ipaytotal too.- melissajarell
