I've looked the prices of opening an offshore corp. but it looks thats only for the people who get income more than lets say.. over 10k/monthly... not for the people who earns less than min. wages
so what is the alternative option for these beer money seeker people?

If somebody who is non-resident alien receives payments into real big US bank and then when and what info can be reported by US bank to CRS or other countries ?
Do they care about low earnings as well?
