paypal question - but also for bank account
Paypal is asking me to verify our HK pp account after 3 years of usage. Not sure why now after a lot of money went through. However speaking to them they need someone in HK to be operating the PP account, ie someone with id/utility bill etc..... since we dont have that, what other people do... -

ANyone got some experience with banks there? Are they over compliance crazy? My bank in a "offshore" jurisdiction wants now invoices for every single thing and also asks for UBO details on any clients I do business with , which is no longer anything that is good for banking tbh. I understand we can get automatically a resident VISA with a RAK corp. However what is not clear to me, in order to avoid to CRS - you surely need a RAK residential address. ie you actually need to buy or rent a residential house?(which you can do as you got a VISA).
