Legal and Tax Implications
So, what are the tax/legal implications for someone who unwittingly opened up a business? They never paid themselves out of course bc they had no idea. So no income tax. Say sales tax etc were paid by the company. Are they just left with a case of theft that may or may never surface?- StanSmith
