Hi, I have gone trough so much information about Payoneer prepaid card as well as CRS. But I'm not still quite sure whether Payoneer is treated as a bank or not. I am still wondering if CRS will affect on Payoneer or not. Does Payoneer give information and my data to my country's tax authorities?
