Revolut support a bunch of EU countries including the one I am a citizen of. They also ask for RESIDENCY. But they also ask for TAX RESIDENCY.
I do have a tax residency in UAE. But as far as I understood Revolut do not like UAE (and therefore do not have it as an option...
