MEXICO CFC RULES
Does anyone have an understanding of Mexico CFC rules? Reading what I can find it seems reference a mexican corp owning foreign entity, but doesn't seem to address the physical person. So I'm wondering if owning a non-trading private investment vehicle abroad would fall into the cfc rules? And...- phatoz
