EU Passport without TIN -- Heavenly Situation?
Say a person holds an EU passport but has never set foot in that country so does not have a TIN... for example, someone born in Qatar to a Polish mother. Gets a Polish passport from the embassy in Qatar but never subsequently lives in Poland. How will anybody report this guy under CRS?? Isn't...- ontherun

Payoneer accounts - banking regions
Has anyone else noticed how a Payoneer account comes with multiple banking regions? Accounts created with Western identity documents will be able to add EU, US and other Anglo-Saxon banking countries to their account for withdrawal.
