Is it possible to retrieve funds from restriced PayPal account?
On 25th of September in 2021 my PayPal account was restriced with 13500 euros on it. PayPal explanation was, that I've violated their Rules and Policy. Live support and email support didn't provide any details on the case. They just froze my funds for 180 days. And now at 14 of March 2022... -
