How to sell a 22 year old Wyoming Inc.?
Hi, I own a company (Inc.) registered in Wyoming in 1997. The company has once been owner of a trademark but it never did any actual business, so no bank account. I don't need it any more and it only generates fees, so - could I sell it? How? And how much could I ask? Thanks for some help...- tshore
