Nominee director and shareholder for my Seychelles company or not?

What do you think is it a wise decision to take a nominee director and shareholder for my company? Does it matter if the company is a Inc. or Ltd ?

Seychelles company and ongoing fee / second year fee to be paid?

I got a proposal stating the total costs of the company which includes all fees including government fees for a Seychelles company registration. I need to know asap what that "annual fee is" do I have to pay each year for a company?
