I would like to know if there is a risk to invoice my customers personally or if it would be better to register a offshore company in the Seychelles and send my customers invoice in the name of the off shore company?
What I'm looking to is to minimize my risk not tax.

Most say never open a person bank account offshore but incorporate a company who opens the accoun.
