Incorporator in Costa Rica?
I need to set up an SRL in Costa Rica for specific purposes. Very simple structure, just 1 natural person director and shareholder. I received a quote from a local law firm (local to me not Costa Rica) but they want around 4000 Euros for setup and then 3000 Euros yearly renewal. I am not sure...- Kash
