    In general, its not an easy task. I guess you can find a bank, but a merchant account will be really hard. Mistertango maybe is an option that combines banking features (for offshores) and a payment gateway (at least they say, I haven't see in action). Be careful with them!

    Hi blaupunkt, I am also an EU resident and programmer as well. So your question is quite common. I think going offshore won't work for you. I had the same problem. German companies (most European...) will have troubles to pay an offshore. They will ask questions... and then more questions...

    Thank you for your post. I agree, but its risky for them even with a good accountant, so I will try something else. I am closer to Bulgaria as a solution. (10% tax + 5% dividends)

    Actually there is no any software licenses or trademarks... Its all about development services. Thats all. A UK company pays on a monthly basis for the services.
