They will basically get a resident card from country A, where the tax is zero, or they don't even live there, and then they will stay in country B .... Fines in Romania are not low, if they come backwards they come with at less 0.12 %/day , and you will have to pay more than you earned. i don't want to give any $ to a country where i was not even leaving while i did those money, and i am also not interesting right now into "hidding into...- pixbix

Usually if a foreign guy goes/move to Portugal , and they will see your stock account growing, receving more money (from your bank account), will they try to tax the s**t out of you ,or ask any questions? Or they will just leave you alone, as you are a foreign guy anyway ?- pixbix

Because Romania have no money, and they want to RAID all people with money, and i made all my money long time, i did not paid taxes (as programmers didn't had to) , i never reported anything, and i just kept moving my money, and now i don't want to someone from IRS to think i made in one year...- pixbix

Try to use cash to fly as low as possible while in Spain.Or use an "anonymous" crypt card where required to pay by card. Change them from time to time. A payonner card for example. Ask a friend/girlfriend to borrow you one for example. I think you are afraid they might know you lived in Spain...- pixbix

Yeah , but I have like 70 000 USD in stocks there, and i kept adding at a rate of 5000$/month. Won't they ask from where is the money? the Portuguese Government? if they see me i am a forein guy? won't they communicate with my country IRS? won't they try to tax me for money i made outside...- pixbix
