Converting USDT to Fiat, Questions on CRS

Why do you say this? It's not possible to hold fiat in a crypto wallet, so holding fiat means risking bureaucrat wannabes at a bank. How is this a smaller risk than keeping stablecoins in self custody?

Simple and inexpensive EMI for business account

The word "collections" makes me think of a direct debit type scenario where the payment is actioned by the receiver (collected). So just receiving funds that a 3rd party credited (sent) to your account wouldn't trigger the management fee.

Simple and inexpensive EMI for business account

Amnis does look interesting indeed! However I did notice this on their free plan, not sure what "third-part collections" means exactly:

BRICS Pay....coming soon. The alternative financial system.

Maybe if Putin does, but not if the whole of BRICS does. Currently that's 9 nations whose combined GDP I think exceeds the G7 now. And there are another 30 nations who've expressed interest to join or have already applied to join. Good! All unlikely, even if BRICS announced it tomorrow. The...

BRICS Pay....coming soon. The alternative financial system.

Personally I think BRICS will try very hard to implement their payment systems and new currency, but in the end trust will be too difficult to achieve, and they'll all decide that BTC is the only way to conduct global trade. We'll see.

Question Confiscating USDT vs ETH vs Bitcoin ?

No, Neo. BTC is the true stablecoin. Everything else is a volatile shitcoin.

Also give Paysera a look. Been working well for me for just over a year now. Low fees, but not free.

    Ibkr reviews

I don't think so. They do support corporate accounts though. Probably Cartman received less severe anal probes. I actually gave up on IBKR because of the onboarding process. Waste of time considering how much easier and better crypto is. JMHO. RTFM. Their website is rather good.

Dual Citizenship: What's the Real Advantage of Holding Two Passports?

Depends what passports you were born with, and how much money you have. I'm very grateful for the fact that I was born with the ability to obtain two passports without having to buy either. The advantages are many and quite nuanced to each person's particular situation. @jayM Research your...

    Wise business trading address

I agree, if business owners have alternatives available to them they should prepare that and manage their finances defensively. When Wise works, it does work very well though. No subscription fees, low transaction fees, and an EU IBAN with access to many currencies in many jurisdictions. Few...

    Wise business trading address

Hey there! In my case it was just a matter of entering my trading address, and nothing more has come of it since. The business is still trading and using its Wise account as it normally does. Wise has been really great for this business. Sorry, I really don't know. I can only report on the...

MALTA/DUBAI/HUNGARY/CYPRUS - whats the best play in this scenario?

Citizenship based tax residence only applies to USA and Eritrean citizens. That doesn't sound correct. When you become tax resident in a new country, that becomes your basis for becoming tax non-resident in your passport (birth) country, assuming you meet the criteria, and it usually involves a...

Business expenses on your company or personal credit card?

Definitely prefer a personal card for the reasons you stated, and also because it can be difficult/expensive to obtain a company card. If the expense has the supporting paperwork in the director's or company's name, and it meets your jurisdiction's rules of allowed business expenses, it should...

Which countries have life time company registration for one price

Malta Business Registry requires an annual return to "renew" a company registration, with penalties for late filing. Their fee starts at €85 and increases depending on your share capital and how you submit the return. https://mbr.mt/annual-returns/

will Europe Tax the s**t out of me with this residency set up?

This. Your setup is complicated, and also is at risk of failing if your circumstances change slightly over time. Maybe you have to stay in Spain for longer than usual one year. Or maybe you don't rent it on airbnb for a while, which would mean it's a home for you even if you're not there. I...

Living 'Tax-Free' in Europe: Flying Under the Radar on Savings Alone?

In your first post you asked, "Is it feasible to 'legally evade taxes' in Spain or Portugal". The short answer is no, it's not. Wherever you live, you will be paying taxes. You won't be able to purchase goods without paying VAT. You won't be able to own real estate without at least paying...

    Wise business trading address

Hey Tony, so far no further complications arose since Wise obtained the company's trading address. Touching wood!
