Germany Exit Taxation - December 31st 2021 (EU ATAD Implementation)

I'd bet my money on France being the first as well. After all, the OECD is based in Paris :D I would also not be surprised if they set out very high contributions prior to giving up your citizenship. Also very funny is that the EU is saying "hey guys, stop imposing limitations on freedom of...

Can any one simplify "Two-Pillar Solution to Address the Tax Challenges Arising From the Digitalisation of the Economy" ?

Well, this is just one part. In many countries the principle of equitable taxation applies and this is sometimes even written in the constitution. E.g. everyone making over 10k > 20% tax rate. If there was a law e.g. everyone making over 10k and under 25 years old > 20% tax rate, over 25 years...

legally earn bitcoin (Crypto) cashout method without any setup in Dubai or any other juridication

Could you please elaborate why Germany would be a good place to cash out? I am now reading the BMF letter which seems to confirm the 1 year holding period. Also seems to clearly differentiate between private and commercial (latter is taxed at usual income rates). For banks' attitudes towards...

Minimum 15% corporate tax - Did UAE sign?

So 130 out of 139 OECD members signed the agreement for minimum 15% corporate tax for multinationals. Guess the small fish are next. Ireland, Estonia, Hungary, Barbados didn't sign. Not sure which are the other ones. I couldn't find any info on UAE and if it signed or not. Anyone has any news?

Germany Exit Taxation - December 31st 2021 (EU ATAD Implementation)

Thanks for this. In the case of Germany I have been told you need to have been fully liable for tax for 5 years out of the last 10 years so that the exit tax applies to you as a natural person. Any rumors this is going to change too?

Germany Exit Taxation - December 31st 2021 (EU ATAD Implementation)

This is for companies and companies' assets, right? Does not apply to individuals. There is an exit tax for individuals but this rule change doesn't affect it.

Tax residency certificate in UAE - 183 days or 183 days in the same fiscal year?

Is it really that simple? You can put your salary income from the company back into the business account? Don't funds in the business account need to derive from actual business activity? This is what I don't undersatand for a UAE company , let's say you have 50k to invest as capital in the...
