Cyprus or UAE for me? (Low income btw...)

Ahhh I see. Thank you. I checked Georgia and it says that after the company 1% taxes, I have to pay 20% on personal taxes. I think that I didn't get it right... Is that so?

Cyprus or UAE for me? (Low income btw...)

Yep, I'm spanish... as you say is like Italy. I left Spain and became a romanian tax resident, but I have spanish nationality, and I'm investing back in Spain as I want to return there at some point in my future life and live out of my properties rentals... So although there are almost 0% tax...

Cyprus or UAE for me? (Low income btw...)

US LLC requires me to pay taxes where I'm living, so although I'm travelling around, I prefer to have a document stating that I fulfilled my taxes requisites somewhere as when I'm going back to Spain to invest my money, they will probably ask where that money is coming from. I'm not sure about...

What investment is making you 10%+ yearly?

That's true, is not that passive. Every week you have to manage the people until everything is done. Also you have to search for properties, which is not that easy neither... There's a company in Spain that manages all this for you (never hired them, but I talked with them), but as you say, the...

Best EU residency for low income tax?

I don't know Bulgaria, but I moved 3000km to Romania for 1 year and a half and it is delightful. Very european lifestyle, people is very open and kind, made a lot of friends. I even got an apartment in Baia Mare for new years eve, and when we had this small talk with the owner that we were...

Cyprus or UAE for me? (Low income btw...)

(can't edit) I just noticed Malta at a 5% company and 0% dividends taxes... Is that true? That easy?

Cyprus or UAE for me? (Low income btw...)

I'm a EU citizen earning no more than 100k USD yearly with my business. Is not that much compared to you in this forum... but is my hard work and still I'm trying to optimize it. I moved to Romania a while back (beautiful country and beautiful people. Love the Carpathians) but they changed the...

What investment is making you 10%+ yearly?

Property flipping in Spain. Buy broken but low, fix in a couple months, sell. Repeat. Easy 30% but you need to manage it: find the people for the job, plumber, electrician, architect, review that the job IS done properly... everything. If you leverage that to a contractor, bye bye to your 30%...

Question Cheapest incorporation + maintenance offshore company

Thank you!! Reading about this, it seems that over time is going to be harder to optimize. Well, lets enjoy what we can while it lasts :P

Yeah, just what I thought then. Just stick to the cleanest way in my possibilities and live with peace of mind.

Question Cheapest incorporation + maintenance offshore company

Yes, that's another option I'm not sure about. If I bring money to thailand a year after it has been earned or it will be taxed, that means that Thailand is managing this somehow. I mean, maybe I have to fill some tax documents, although they may be 0. I'm missing something?

Question Cheapest incorporation + maintenance offshore company

That's true. I'm pretty sure I'm going to start the romanian way and live 6 months this year there then. And lets see how the future evolves. At least I'm going to relieve of the 35% expenses that I'm paying right now in Spain. By the way I need a bridge country to get the tax residency before...

Question Cheapest incorporation + maintenance offshore company

No no, I'm looking for a legal way to optimize my taxes, taking into account that I'm going to leave Spain this year. Spain is really tax expensive and it would be dumb to keep on paying taxes here if I'm leaving. The US LLC setup is one I've also seen. To have a US LLC and get a tax residence...

Question Cheapest incorporation + maintenance offshore company

I know, but I'm not sure about the law. Over time I would like to buy real state, for example. If when I finish my adventure I transfer from my LLC bank account a noticeable sum of money to a random person in Spain to buy a flat, I guess that the tax entity here (Hacienda) is going to ask...

Question Cheapest incorporation + maintenance offshore company

Yes, I currently work as a freelance in Spain, not employed. I'm really thankful for your input. Romania is the country I'm studying these days, and yes, I think that for me is the 100% legal and easier solution without not much trouble. I would pay about 11% expenses in total (I have to employ...

    Thailand 0% tax

Oh, that's true. Thank you for the input. Worth to take into account.

    Thailand 0% tax

Oh, yeah. I've read about the "perpetual traveller" thing, but nowadays is harder to apply. So I guess that is better to always be a tax resident somewhere.

    Thailand 0% tax

So I can share dividends from my offshore company without any penalty? And I would get a paper telling me that I presented my taxes properly? I want to move the funds from an offshore company to my personal account so I can buy properties in my home country (or other contries if I like them)...

Oh, that's really insightful. Thank you! Going to read about all that.
