    I second john spectre and calvin. I use Epayments since 2016, I have never had a problem with problem with them. On top of that they never blocked any of my inbound or outbound transfer, it is rare nowadays.

    UPDATE: Payoneer sent me an apologies email saying that I didn't need to fill out the tax form. The tax form email was sent to me by mistake. so, Payoneer is still fine. I didn't need to fill any OCDE exchange form, or IRS form or whatever.
