LLC as a non resident but bank account in home country

It depend on your country. They probably have requirements for a business account, like having a local registration number for the foreign company, etc. You could use your personal account for it if your customers accepts it and if you don't need liability protection.

Live in Malaysia with US SMLLC + Labuan Holding Company

Where does it say there that foreign companies are taxed under labuan regime? Anyway, the company would also have to fulfill the criteria with local employees and expenses, which means it would have to register as a foreign company in order to be able to hire local staff legally. Else it would...

Live in Malaysia with US SMLLC + Labuan Holding Company

However it will not be taxed under the Labuan 3% tax rate, unless it's registered as a foreign Labuan company and fullfill the other requirements for companies to be taxed under the Labuan tax regime. It's probably quite complicated to achieve for a small company.

Live in Malaysia with US SMLLC + Labuan Holding Company

Companies are generally tax resident where they are controlled and managed, no matter if they are owned by another company or not. If you control and manage the us llc from Malaysia then it might be tax resident in Malaysia, if they find out and if they care about it (in the past there was no...

What's the substance for the us llc? If in labuan then it's tax resident in Malaysia, not taxable under labuan 3%.

Live in Malaysia with US SMLLC + Labuan Holding Company

You're not paying attention to what I'm writing. I said tax resident in Malaysia! Enforcement hasn't been strict in Malaysia, but now they started taxing worldwide income so it might be changing.

Live in Malaysia with US SMLLC + Labuan Holding Company

Yes, but technically the us llc could be tax resident in Malaysia so it won't really help, just add complications.

Can you avoid paying EU VAT when dropshipping?

Yes, and if you don't charge vat in your domestic country because you're under the registration threshold then you don't charge vat on these 10k. How do you propose to report these transactions if you're not registered for vat? Anyway, it's not a strategy as its only for 10k.

Can you avoid paying EU VAT when dropshipping?

The threshold is explained in the link I posted. Anyway, it's for max turnover of 10k so not very useful for most people. Previously the threshold was 100k per country (every country had different thresholds) while now it's 10k for total sales to all countries, before you have to register for OSS.

Can you avoid paying EU VAT when dropshipping?

If the company doesn't have to charge domestic vat then it doesn't on sale to other countries either, on these first 10k.

Can you avoid paying EU VAT when dropshipping?

Can you avoid paying EU VAT when dropshipping?

Only required to use OSS if sales are above 10000eur. And still, using IOSS when shipping from China is not mandatory. He can ship from China not vat paid.

Can you avoid paying EU VAT when dropshipping?

You say you're shipping from China to the EU, in that case you don't necessarily have to charge VAT, as you can leave that to the customers (however that's a hassle for customers so your sales might decrease).
