    Bilderlings and CRS

Thanks very much Martin -- it's great to have you around here. Those UK financial statements are very interesting indeed. To be fair, the non-CRS claim was in an email, not blatantly on their website, but it was still a bold enough move to shock me. looks like a Peskov family business, is that...

    Bilderlings and CRS

I considered Bilderlings EMI a few months ago but never followed through with it due to high fees. Recently I received an email from a rep there with the following image that says NO CRS reporting. I emailed the account rep asking to clarify this and got the reply that "Yes, we do not report...

Third party wire/sepa payment ----> EMI ---> BTC

there are several EMIs with built-in crypto wallets that allow 3rd party bank deposits, especially if it is a regular payment from the same sender like employer payment. No need for darks.

Bank account for Cyprus company with Curacao sports betting license

Wirecard is definitely possible, and much better than an EMI since it's a real bank. But their compliance process is a bitch and could easily take 4 months+ by the time you are done with their paperwork and approvals.

Bank account for Cyprus company with Curacao sports betting license

Upaycard is one (they changed their name recently). There are others in Lithuania that also work (especially for Cyprus company) and by the looks of it I am sure Gediminas can tell you about others.

    Recommended Bitcoin Mixer / Tumblr

wasabi is not complicated. it is worth investing a few minutes of your time to learn how to use it. samourai wallet is also good if you want to do this properly, mix securely, and self-custody (not trusting 3rd parties to mix your coins) then it is worth learning how to use these.

Bank account for Cyprus company with Curacao sports betting license

I am in a similar position (Curacao gaming license with Seychelles company and Cyprus subsidiary company). It's hard to open a real bank account with this structure but there are a handful of quite decent EMIs we are using and I'm sure there are people on this forum who can point you in the...

    Bank account for Bitcoin business

Thanks. I just looked into this Belize Financial license. It's an interesting setup and reasonable price for what it is. I would prefer to avoid getting a license if possible. I have seen unlicensed forex brokers using Cyprus bank accounts so I assumed this would be possible. If you have any...

    Bank account for Bitcoin business

Basically, customers want to invest in Bitcoin and my company acts as an exchanger, earning a commission. For these particular customers it would be a low volume of wires with only a few per week/month, but high value wires (10k-50k USD).

Costa Rica gaming company - where and how to open proper bank account for it?

Has anyone come up with a solution for a bank account for a Costa Rican gambling company? The person above who is using Loyal Bank is breaking their terms and conditions, so I don't consider them an option for me: "will be free from money laundering and terrorist financing, gambling, gaming...
