I think that the documents are usually provided by the bank itself. Some banks are strict and some are not that much. I have this one bank who requires me to submit a 1 Valid ID but when I tried to apply to another bank, they requires me to submit 2 Valid ID's. It's just ridiculous.

I think its not totally tax evasion, as far as my knowledge goes, having an offshore accounts just lessen the tax amount you need to pay. Of course you should pay Tax but I don't think that you need to pay HIGH tax since most of the time the TAX money is just wasted by the government.

Why would they receive a fraudulent complaints? I think its better to have a Professional to handle your Bank accounts since we already know that government will cross the borders just to take some money from you.
