    I think its bulls**t. That's why its called Tax Haven because they charge with almost a no amount of VAT at all. If it comes that they want to press you with legal charges, that's the time you should hire a professional Lawyer to handle your case!

    I just think that US wanted companies to be built in their own land not in other countries because they can't get a share from whatever country these offshore accounts are living on. Its just very ironic because most of their companies manufacture in China because of the cheaper labor cost LOL

    I think its the same whether its a real person or a shareholding company. Since its 5 person or part, it should be divided equally. But if its you who handle most of the work, I think your share should be higher than the other 4. Just my humble opinion.

    I think both you and your nominee should sign an Trust Agreement. Since most of the time they are handling your business / bank account, it should be the person who you trust the most but in reality, you can't find someone to give your 100% trust unless its your friend or your family.

    The most common requirements are Passport and Utility Bill ( in English ) , if its not in English it should be translated and notarized. Notarization of the paper will require a sign by a Lawyer. There may be another requirement but those will depend on which country or bank you will apply to...

    That's the bad thing with the authority these days. They wanted to abuse their power just to rip off people with their money. I hope before we submit ourselves to these authorities, we could have a Lawyer beside us and help us.
