Wealth taxes are so backwards and unproductive that even in Europe only a handful of countries still levy them. I never understood anyway what is the point of moving to Switzerland unless you are a UHNWI with a lump sum taxation.

Do people ever learn? That's a whole other topic. Most still think in fiat terms. For example some newer alts might exceed their ATH in BTC terms in the future but I seriously doubt some older ones like ETH will ever do.
