Pay the corporate tax in Cyprus and forget about it in your own country if the structure of your company is legit. You need a tax consultant or accountant in your country to help you to complete the tax report for you.

You only need to provide an address typically your own to the Agent that will forward it to the Seychelles registry of companies for their records!

It's not going to work this way. If your country is not supported by PayPal you have only 1 option left. Either get some documents from a nominee service to verify a PayPal account or buy these PayPal verified accounts and use them.

It will all depend on where your business is incorporated (country) and what business you are into. There are thousands of mainstream payment processors that accept regular business for credit card processing. But there are only a hand full repudiated payment processors for high risk business.

I wonder if anything has changed for Cyprus company formation for 2016 in matters of company laws, requirements to documents i.e. passport copy and utility bill is there more now? Has Cyprus still the lowest tax rate in Europe or has it changed? According to my own records and my own company it...
