    For an actual US bank account I found Chase, they open accounts for LLC's owned by foreigners. Only downside is that u need to plan a trip to the US yourself. If u need more info, you can contact them via Facebook messenger, they respond very fast (during office hours).

    I think I formed my question badly. When did Paypal lock your account? How many months ago did this happen? After the lock it took 180 days to get your funds released, but just interested when ur paypal got locked.
