The only certainty is that for sure there will be involved some fines and penalties.
I'm also interested to know if there is any legal way to be VAT exempt (in case you sell digital goods and services)
This is ridiculous, but Ocra has been trying to sell me a Malta setup for around $15k.
So hard to find a reliable consultant. I'm not looking for the cheapest service but I don't have either 10 of thousands of $$ to spend simply on a business that will generate <$100k/year (most likely around...
Hi,
I'm interested if someone can help me out how to find in what business category a company operates.
If I do a google search with the company's name I can only find details about company address and names of the directors and other things but how I can find information in what business...
Thank you for all the information provided.
I have a quick question for you if you don't mind.
Do I understand correctly that a Trust formation is not enough for the control and management of the company to be considered to be the jurisdiction of incorporation?
Thank you!
I thought this was interesting enough to be worth sharing: Ready for VAT in the Gulf - 2018 - Avalara VATLive
It seems that UAE and other 6 Gulf countries are about to introduce VAT from beginning of 2018.
Is this the end of UAE offshore? what do the most experienced guys think?
UAE was...
I have the same concerns as you have. It's really hard to find someone who you can really trust this days. But the first rule I have is to avoid anyone that has offshore in their name, just my personal preference, no offence to anyone.
Just got a quote price of around €2,500
However, the annual cost are very expensive between minimum €4,500 and maximum €5,600. I feel this is way to much, it's even more than a Cyprus company.
Quick Update,
So far I've been in discussion with different offshore consulting firms but I'm still having a hard time deciding which one to trust.
Basically one of them suggested me Vanuatu, at first I wasn't even sure what that means but later I've learned it's some "obscure" jurisdiction...
Hi,
Sorry about the delay, last few weeks have been a complete mess. I've been working like there is no tomorrow and didn't had the time to email you not to say that I completely forgotten.
I'll send you an email right now, give me 5-minutes.
thanks
Ok. But how does it work in practice? Because as far as I know you can't transfer money from Paypal to a bank account unless you have a US bank account.
For example when I was talking with Braintree Payments they told me I can accept paypal accounts through their payment processor but I need to...
If I may ask.
1. Did everything went well with Paypal? What kind of paper did they request, only from the corp or personal as well?
2. Do you have any limits on your paypal account?
3. What kind of fees are you going to pay?
4. Do you use their merchant account as well?
Thank you,
Hi Auric,
I have a question regarding this:
How can you accept PayPal payments through 2co? Don't you need to have a Paypal account as well, even if your payment processor is 2co?
thanks
