Hello everybody, i have been contacted by a company in Georgia, called "Happy Georgia" , offering companies incorporation and banking solutions , remotely with PoA,...does anybody know them?, any experience?

The usual problem is that if I don't tell to the emi that I am moving away,they report to Spain my accounts and ( supposedly) I must declare my incomes to Spanish tax office,if I tell that I move they close my account...so I would like to find an Emi or bank accepting EU citizens resident out of...

Hello, I had terrible experience with them, so bad that I prefered to close the account and pay a " penalty " of 1000 eur than keep going with them. They are not real scammers, just a group of Chinese people sucking from you as much money they can. Just to open the account you have to deposit...

wirex is very strict about clients residence countries, so probably they do exchange infos.but not sure 100%..

so no solution to it?

Any stablecoin to suggest? i don't trust very much Tunisian banks,easy to get money in but to take it out is a bit more complicated thanks

I agree,they are pirates,same story 3 k deposit and 500 for personal account, crazy fees, very slow service,not a real scam but orribile Chinese company ,that just want rip off people..

I used to operate from France and now from Spain using a Bulgarian company at somebody name (nominee) easy and cheap to open and 10% taxes. no need of any office or presence there.

You are right, some years ago I used Payoneer with a Wyoming llc selling mostly services to EU companies and 2chechout as processor,never had any problem,but 10 years ago ,maybe now it is different
