    Note that, for the nordic countries, those rule in this screen do not actually apply in case of a DTA in place (basically the majority of the cases unless one is moving to a tax heaven). They are very slimy for basically almost not specifying this at all in public documentation.

    Wise (although not a bank) never asked any TRC from me. They do AML pretty thoroughly, though, when moving money, and will ask a bunch of very loosely related info as well

    What options does a UBO or even a shareholder have if the (nominee) director is not producing or witholding dividend statements? How to get the money out of the company? Is the provider/director liable or something, solely based on a signed declaration of trust ?

    Thanks for the further clarification! What would happen if a regular corporation does not follow "correct market price" and makes no profit on the services it resells (after all plenty of companies do this, or even are in passive)? Are there legal consequences/fines? would the tax department...
