    Much better in Dubai or another UAE state. The law says that minimum accounting is required to be maintained, but there is no need to do accounting reports. So you can keep a basic excel sheet and do your own basic accounting. No need to hire an accountant.

    Yes you are right, I just checked, and also for businesses the foreign-sourced income is exempt from taxes. But how do you tell to the UK that you are managing the company from Malaysia so you don't get taxed in the UK but in Malaysia (0%) instead?
