Countries to run an US LLC from?

US LLCs are either taxed as C Corp (which pays US corporate tax) or they're passthrough. In your case, it'd be a pass-through entity so you'll have to pay all the companies profits as personal income in Romania. I repeat, ALL the profits, not just the ones you put in your personal bank account...

Getting 20% APY on Stable Coin?

Mine, from personal experience, would be something like: Celsius/Binance -> Crypto.com -> BlockFi I omitted Swissborg and YouHolder because I've never used them and Nexo because I think it's too sketchy If I had to choose one, it'd most likely be Celsius because I feel they're very...

Getting 20% APY on Stable Coin?

BlockFi may be transparent, but they've changed their rates for everything besides stablecoins to almost nothing, and those changes were mostly from one day to another. Their interest is also paid monthly which sucks and they have penalties and such things, looking at their ToS alone should be...

Getting 20% APY on Stable Coin?

Any specific reason you'd trust BlockFi or Crypto.com more than Celsius and Binance?

crypto.com would you trust this operation?

Been using them for 2 years, they're pretty good. Exchange fees on the main app are a bit high, but they also have an exchange with lower fees. Withdrawals are fast and support replies pretty fast too.

    Remote Company in Canary Islands

First of all, make sure your company's business is under ZEC's valid activities (https://canariaszec.com/wp-content/...ividades-incluidas-según-NACE-Rev.-2-2019.pdf) After that, there are these requirements: 1. To be a newly created entity or branch with a registered office and effective...

    Forced PCR tests when traveling

    Forced PCR tests when traveling

Do you actually believe that video is real or you're just playing around? Because if you believe it's real, 5G in your body is the last thing you should be worried about

    Forced PCR tests when traveling

I've had a couple of PCR tests done, I'm still alive, Bill Gates doesn't control me.

How to avoid taxes for crypto investor for investing in colombian real estate

You can't. Get the money legally into a bank account and then buy real estate. If you buy real estate with crypto, you'll most likely end up having loads of problems, money frozen, etc.

Which certified crypto exchange is less stringent with source of funds documentation?

I have never had any issues with any exchange. I've had high amounts in/out from Binance and Kraken and they've never asked me for anything besides the KYC I did with Binance when I made my account, Kraken remains unverified.

    Second passport

It was mostly created because of Colombian drug cartels Here's a link, however, it's in Spanish (you can use google translate and you'll understand it): Lista Clinton - Wikipedia, la enciclopedia libre

People/Companies with big ties to drug money (some innocent people are on the list too, but most are not)

From sepa 3rd parties to crypto

I doubt you'll find any way to do that unless you find someone who can take the payments from your clients and give you crypto for it

    Domain for DMCA, copyright, etc

You should use njal.la or shinjiru for the domain as they won't do much about reports (you must choose certain TLD's if you're doing highly illegal things, otherwise your domain could get seized). When it comes to hosting, you should probably get a dedicated server if you're going to be...

How To Actually Avoid EU Tax With US LLC? (without changing residency)

You may be right and you have a point, but I stick to my initial thought where I doubt that a US company, with only US customers and that is engaged in considerable (+20k as OP said), continuous and regular business just the US will not be taxed at all in the US. But as I said, you may be right.

From sepa 3rd parties to crypto

Why don't you just receive the payment in an EMI/Bank and then send it to an exchange? I doubt any exchange will accept 3rd party deposits, and if they do, they'll probably ask you questions

How To Actually Avoid EU Tax With US LLC? (without changing residency)

No person is providing the service though, it's an US company that's providing the service

How To Actually Avoid EU Tax With US LLC? (without changing residency)

Just to be 100% sure of what you're saying. OP said all (or most) of his income is US-sourced (coaching/consulting), if he creates a US LLC that's going to receive all that US-sourced income, is he going to pay taxes in the US or will they pass to his income tax (in the country he's a tax...
