    I know what you are implying, but even before this whole situation started, there were limits one the amount of money that was allowed on the card itself. the excess is always in the virtual Payoneer balance. The limit is $10k. So you can still run away with anything above $10k. Less than that...

    No postal service will forward a debit / credit card, it's against the law .. Try Payoneer, they send cards worldwide, the only company I know of that you can trust.     Yes, they only have SEPA region coverage using wirecard UK .. They basically sent the same notice like everybody else. All cards are blocked until further notice.
