    Most people use personal accounts with Proof of Address somewhere else and me + 3 others I know have large enough balances that we use 'classic' offshore corps to have them separated from us. 2 Seychelles, 1 Belize, 1 Cayman. I know around 15 people full time traders counting myself.

    yeah, until I think the downside is done. yes, perpetual contracts have no settlement date. Options expire at some point tho so you cannot have them run 'forever'.

    id short around ~85% of your BTC at 1x instead of your whole stack. There may be some upside still.

    Short your crypto at 1x in an inverse contract (subject to availability of the specific token/coin you are holding tho) Bonus: you get the collect funding 99% of the time

    Depends on what you are looking for really. Kraken doesnt offer inverse perps for example and thats was big negative for me.

    Any 'classic offshore' jurisdiction works in this case; Seychelles, Saint Vincent, Bahams, Cayman, etc etc Saint Vincent goes for around 500 first year and 350 in renewals and provides 0 tax and 0 accounting. Seychelles a bit more expensive but usually you get better agents that dont take 3...
