How important is an EU company for EU customers

My customers' feedback is always the same: they dont want to have nothing to do with companies based in Fiscal Heavens or strange jurisdictions. Yes, it's a broad definition but if base your company in a country as UK or US, no customer will ever complain about that. More difficult is to...

    Open Company

In Europe or in EU??? This could make a big difference. Also, where the "big income" will come from? A private person? A company? From wich country? There are many aspects to take into account before doing the right choice

Cheap nominee service for UK company

@clemens said it right!!! It is your company, better invest the right amount instead of saving money for something that might end up being a huge problem. "If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys"

US LLC vs UK LLP/LTD for european

The suggestion to speak with an accountant is definitely key here. Just be sure to get the right one. My situation is "similar" to yours, with of course some exceptions: - I do sell services to customers in Europe and US; - I've a UK LTD with a non-resident status (I'm a EU citizen not resident...

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

@uplana / @EuroKiss you both guys spotted correctly. UK Gov. indications are clear. If people continue to say differently, they are possibly blind. And it's true, is all about "not generating a lot of waves when sailing in the tax ocean". The lower you flight, lower are the chances that tax...

Stripe are easy for the customers paying via credit card. And yes, unfortunately, fees are on you except if you want to charge it to your customers. Sorry to say but you really don't know what you are talking about (no offence). Maybe reading the following link will help you. Clearly explained at point 1 directly by the HMRC https://www.gov.uk/government/publi...-of-companies-that-are-not-resident-in-the-uk

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

Thanks for the clarification. What i wanted to say with my previous comment ("Anyway, residency has no impact on the type of setup I've in place") is that based on what I've in place, my residence has no impact. It works even if you are based in somewhere Africa, US or elsewhere. That's it ;-)

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

Uhm!!! If you say so. Since 10 years my setup is in place and ZERO taxes have been paid. I cannot deduct any cost or expense incurred bu the company but as my business is purely consulting, my company costs are zero. I pay the yearly registration fee at Company House ((275 GBP). That's all...

Taxes? What's this? The UK Ltd. is not officially registered in my name and I'm the hidden owner. This extra service allows me to not be visible and paying zero taxes.
