European Commission forces across EU tax changes to curb Aggressive Tax Planning practices - Malta

Honestly, I think you are missing something relevant (and always approaching each answer as you own the unique truth ... that's quite annoining, at leats for me). What you see on the facade is never the truth. Just read this and maybe you'll get the reasons of what I'm saying...

European Commission forces across EU tax changes to curb Aggressive Tax Planning practices - Malta

Just to follow up on my previous comment: https://www.nytimes.com/2021/10/07/world/europe/poland-eu-law-constitution.htmlThat's just the beginning. UK Brexit had lead the way!!!

European Commission forces across EU tax changes to curb Aggressive Tax Planning practices - Malta

We can argue about "how long" but UK has far better overlook than EU. And i strongly believe that is more EU in need of UK than the other way. UK can defintely count on the interest of China and overall middle-east and far-east to invest. Historically, London Stock Exchange has always been the...

European Commission forces across EU tax changes to curb Aggressive Tax Planning practices - Malta

Love the EUSSR definition. Agree, EU would like to make an example. The Romans used to say "Unum castigabis, centum emedabis" (in English it may sounds like "Punish One, Teach One Hundred"). EU tends to forget the strong link between US and UK. Terribly true. What is EU today??? Nothing. A...

The CFC rules and 3 countries

Country A will ask taxes on what you (as person) will get as potential compensation. If there's a double taxation treaty between country A and B, then taxes on personal income might be reduced or completely avoided.

Thanks God that UK had Brexit ;-) If enforced by EU, this law will make the entire system of certain EU countries to collapse.

Is an offshore company still attractive ?

Offshore is not always the answer. There are other ways to run a very efficient business without going necessarly offshore. All depends on what you want to achieve, where you are resident, where are your customers and what you are selling.

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

Oh man!!! Had to deal with several transfers from and to Africa and everytime my old bank was making it impossible. The new bank is more relaxed and even with transfers from/to Belize, BVI, Panama, etc. they are not making any issue. An alternative, which I'm anyway not familiar with, could be...

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

Instead of having someone to correct the wrong infromation, maybe it would be better to only "speak if knowledgeable" about something. But as we are all different, everyone's free to act in the way they want. About your comment on service provider, I'm not fishing here to get new customers, I'm...

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

Not sure if this was for me. Anyway, will add @sujoe to the reply. Before establishing a company of any kind and in any place, you'd ask yourself "do I really need it"? Let me give you an example. One of my customers based in the EU, needs to receive invoices to reduce his turnover and pay less...

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

These are tons of questions and honestly, it goes beyond the "free" advertise i can give you. Just to answer 2 questions you made: - i'm able to fill in the SA700 easily and i'm sure that i'm no more intelligent or clever than you ;-) - I'm NOT a UK resident, I have a UK LTD with non-resident...

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

To apply for Non- Resident status is NOT enough to live outside UK. You must have NO permanent establishment. Please, check other posts where I shared alredy the link to what it takes to be eligible as non-resident ltd in the UK. Once you are non-resident ltd, you pay zero taxes in the UK (and...

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

@uplana / @Paul77 guys, please, if you are not sure about the things, do not share information which are not correct. UK regulations are clear and straigh forward. Once the NON-Resident status is obtaines (and if you have what is requested, it's matter of minutes by filling an online request)...

Where's a suitable place (minimal reporting) to incorporate if no privacy is needed?

Sorry to say but this is WRONG!!! The only document you need to fill as Non/Resident LTD is the SA700 and a filing fee of 19 GBP. The SA700 is a 7 pages document that can be filed easily also by a non/accountant person as me.

UK Reporting are expensive???? Not sure based on what you say this (and it would be nice to get evidences) but UK it's very simple, easy, fast and cheap in terms of reporting. You can do EVERYTHING online and axctually filing the tax reporting can be done at once for Company House and HMRS. Even...

    Open Company

Except the humorism used by @CyprusLaw (which I can understan as he is supporting his nickname, ;)), the real issue is coming from the Italian Tax Authorities that perceives cou ntries as Cyprus (and Malta, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.) as highly suspipicious when it's coming to...

    Open Company

I tend to agree!!! Wise is not worth for these type of transactions, at least not for Italy There are other options to have an easy setup with a real bank account and again, for Italy, I would definitely avoid Cyprus. If you want, I can give some suggestions via PM
