    I doubt this is possible. I do generally agree that it makes better sense these days to incorporate in Dubai vs in smaller Emirates, not only because of banks, Dubai residence etc, also because of political situation, where all other 6 Emirates depend on Abu Dhabi immigration control policy...

    Citibank SG or neither of any other SG banks I have accounts with asked me provide proof of UAE residence when I moved out from Singapore. I would however also not feel comfortable with fake documents with any bank or EMI.

    Gaming focused Malta based EMI, similar to Finductive which I have been using for more than 1 year. I can't see Xace BIC listed on Central Bank of Malta website: International Bank Account Number (IBAN) - Central Bank of Malta unless they are using some other party details.
