1. No. No, everything can be done without visiting HK 2. No 3. Yes definitely. I would say at least 1/3 of companies registered in HK are in some sort of Import/Export business 4. I know Osome.com and Sleek.hk.as far as I know both will help you open an account with digital banks (neat, etc.)

Ok, well it's a hard choice. Not sure about Dubai but one thing I didn't like about HK is that banks there don't really issue debit cards (only credit) and they didn't have Non-HKD denominated cards (you can have all balances you want, JPY, EUR, USD, CNY, THB, but your card will be in HKD or CNY...

I suppose you are planning to live in one of these 2 places right? That means you need to take up a residency visa? Right?

EU Citizen with Filipina wife here. I use a bank account in her name in PH (big international bank). No problems at all. I zeroed my taxes. Try to signup to affiliate programs with her name if possible.

May I ask why you state Singapore is much less nice place than Dubai? (genuinely curious, I have visited SG as a tourist but never lived there) I thought a UAE company would be cheaper?
