    OP, you could try Georgia or Armenia. Both countries do not belong to OECD or AEOI. Major banks accepts nominee structures and offer multi-currency accounts in USD, EUR and local currency. Given the monthly amount and the currency you are dealing with,EUR, you should not have any problem.
