    There's not that much to it, really. Look up a few of these sites and write down which registars and TLDs they use... DDoS protection and the server itself is the major weak point.

    You will have a much better reputation if you incorporate a UK Ltd. You can set up a branch office in a country of your choice and request TNR (treaty non resident) status from HMRC. Keep in mind you will need a local director.
